5/5 Stars — Absolute Class Act and True Professional! I had Chris from The Roof Company out to address a roofing issue today, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. He diagnosed the problem immediately, took the time to explain everything clearly, and took care of the repairs right on the spot—re-nailing and sealing the base flashing on our old furnace stack, as well as securing exposed nails on the roof. It is rare to find someone who combines deep technical knowledge, complete honesty, and top-tier customer service the way Chris does. He didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need; he just delivered transparent, high-quality workmanship with total professionalism. We had an outstanding experience with The Roof Company from start to finish. Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent-they kept us informed every step of the way and always quick to answer questions. We really appreciated the low pressure sales. At no point did we feel pushed or rushed into making a decision. Instead, it felt they genuinely cared about helping us find the right solution for our home. Their pricing was fair, especially considering how through and professional their work was. When installation day came they brought a large, organized crew and managed to complete the roof of our large home in one day. the clean up after installation was top notch. They took the time to make sure everything around our home was spotless, which we greatly appreciated. A special thanks to Alex, who came by the day after installation to make sure everything around our home was done to perfection. He walked through everything and made sure we were completely happy with both the installation and overall experience. The Roof Company’s estimate was the lowest of three, by far.  There was ZERO pressure—Gage was in and out and left a comprehensive written estimate.  The materials used were high quality, the crew was polite and professional, but most of all—knowledgeable!  Complete replacement done in a day, with constant communication from the project manager. Very professional and personable. All information about the inspection was explained simply and thoroughly. When it came to make a decision, all the options were laid out for the repair as well as how they would hold up. Gage came out for a potential issue at the recommendation of a neighbor. He was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. He addressed the issue and didn’t try to upsell us into something we didn’t need right now. Very honest and straightforward which is refreshing in today’s business climate. I reached out to The Roof Company after receiving a wildly expensive quote from a very large roofing company.  I was shocked they told me my 13 year old roof needed to be replaced.  When I reached out to The Roof Company, the owner took the time and spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me explaining their process and how he felt they could help.  Within the week, their technician was at my home and resolved my issue at 1/3 of the price that the larger company quoted me.  He also told us we likely had another 10-15 years before we need a new roof.  Skip the large company and use The Roof Company, you won't regret the experience, price and service.

No one likes or wants to get a roof installed. You eventually NEED to get a roof installed. The Roof Company makes the process as enjoyable and painless as possible.  Gage came out to give an estimate. He was very flexible, professional (but not pushy), and did a real thorough inspection. Told us what needed to be done and a price to do it with options.  We got a second estimate to be sure they were in the ballpark price wise, and they were within a couple hundred dollars.  It was a no brainer to go with TRC, as the other company didn't even go in the attic. How can you estimate without seeing what you are getting into? Within a week TRC was out to do the job.  Lots of communication, the crew was great taking care to protect the surrounding area.  Cleanup was top notch. I got a call the next morning letting me know the job was completed., asking me first if I needed anything and if I was satisfied. If you prefer professionals, and a home town, small town, business this is who you need to use for your roof replacement or repair. Thanks TRC for making this so easy !!!

This is the most amazing roofing company I’ve ever seen. The crew is fast and efficient. It was like watching a YouTube video of before and after. They did my one car garage in an hour!! The prices cannot be beat. The work is literally perfect. From the estimate to the job completion every single person was a pleasure to talk to and to work with. I will recommend this company to everyone who wants a roof. Way better than Mr.. Roof (they were horrible). You will regret not going for the roof company. I had a great experience with the roof company from start to finish. Gage, who came out initially to inspect the roof, was very respectful, knowledgeable, and never pressured me into making a decision, which I really appreciated. During the inspection, he even identified an issue with my roof’s hot air exhaust and made sure it was properly fixed as part of the job. The crew that came to do the work was just as professional—very nice, respectful, and efficient. They completed the entire roof in one day and made sure everything was spotless before they left. Absolutely wonderful experience. They moved all of my potted plants out of the way, covered windows with plywood and best of all they cleaned up the yard and put everything back in place. Not to mention the roof came out beautifully and they straightened out a wave that had been in the roof since the house was built. Full - and I mean FULL - roof repair. We discovered a hole in the old roof that had not yet become a leak and got a handful of estimates. Gage talked us through everything leading up to signing on with no unnecessary pressure and plenty of friendliness. Alex matched that when he walked us through the day’s event of having a roof installed. The crew did a stellar job getting it all done in a day! And Faith made connecting with the whole team absolutely easy! The Sales experience with Gage was amazing, he really set the standard for what we could expect to follow and the rest of the crew did not disappoint. The team made sure attention was given to every detail and Alex the crew leader made sure we understood what was happening and why. We have had a relationship with The Roof Company for the past 5 years with two repairs from storm damage and this week a new roof. When we had storm damage in 2020 and 2025 The Roof Company was out the same day both times to fix the roof and protect our home from further damage as both times the damage was significant and the next storm would have created a problem for our home. In 2025 after damage in July they were out same day of our call to fix the roof and later that week to quote a new roof.  The sales process was clear, and only quoted after a detailed inspection on the roof and in the attic.  Here they found issues we did not know we had and were able to include those in the quote.  There quote was clear, concise, and designed to limit surprises or change orders The scheduling process was simple, we asked for a certain week and they honored it.  The job was complete in one day and clean up was excellent.  At the end of the process an inspection was completed by a supervisor (who was on site the day of) and then a call the following day with one of the co-owners to ensure satisfaction. Here you are dealing with the management of the company and Faith who is always right on the spot to get you what you need and not an outsourced call center where you have a ticket placed and they might get back to you. When my eldery parents needed their roof replaced a few years ago THE ROOF COMPANY went above and beyond. They had a critter problem and the crew found the entry area and took it upon themselves to fix it while replacing the roof.   They were so courteous and cleaned up everything no debris was left behind.   Yesterday their neighbors tree fell and did severe damage to their roof.  They called Chris at The Roof Company and he was there within 30 minutes to assess the damage and provide a temporary fix to limit any further internal damage from weather.  The level of customer service this company provides is incredible.   It is conforting to know that a company actually cares about their customers even years after the job is complete.
