Called for a roof repair. The office was very efficient in scheduling the appointment. Chris called the morning of the appointment to confirm the time. He arrived early and called to let me know he was here. He quickly inspected the roof and identified the issue and then offered to fix the issue at that time to avoid a follow-up service call. He fully explained the issues and how to address them. Great service — would highly recommend using them in the future.
Everybody from this company is very professional, and personable. Felt like I'd known Chris for yrs, honest, very informative, and easy to talk to. Then Jason was next and the same way. Then a call from the owner, Darren, and he too was the same, very easy to talk to. This company was referred to me and I'm so glad because it wasn't easy deciding who to choose for an estimate, and the other 2 companies were a joke. I was so totally impressed by Chris with The Roof Company. He came out to my house the same day I called, inspected my roof, made a minor repair that he felt would take care of my issue and assured me my roof was still in good condition. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and did not try to take advantage like other companies. I feel so fortunate to have found this company and highly recommend it . When I do need a new roof I know what company I'm using!
The Roof Company made things easy - Chris made time so we didn't need to leave work early, and he caught several things that prior estimates had failed to note. We had a slight miscommunication about timing but we ended up with our roof done even sooner than we expected (before any more bad weather could hit) so it all worked out great. The pricing was great, Jason and the rest of the crew were right on time, and they were done by 3:00 pm the same day.
