I understand this fee covers a complete roof health check, including a photo
evaluation, roof life expectancy report, minor repairs (sealing, refastening
existing shingles, rubber gaskets on pipe boots), recommended repair quotes,
and delivery of all findings to my customer portal.
Although this fee is non-refundable regardless of whether I proceed with
additional work, if additional repairs are needed your $195 service call fee
will go towards those additional repairs.
